Hello.  This is Trinity High School calling with some announcements for the coming week.   Parents, please check out the Canvas Staff Tutorial page on our website to find Quick tutorial videos to help your students navigate the essential tools in Canvas.  All teachers' Canvas pages contain the At a Glance feature that helps students review assignments, Google Meets, live lessons, and more for the upcoming week.  As parents, we hope you will be able to utilize this feature to help your students stay up-to-date on their assignments.  At the top of the page you will find several links and videos to help you, the parent, become set up as an observer in your child’s canvas courses.  This resource can be found on the homepage of our THS website.

Anyone interested in trying out for women or men’s golf teams this year should email Mrs. Gubb at rgrubb@randolph.k12.nc.us as soon as possible for more information.

Parents of Trinity High School,

This is Brian Toth. I am calling to inform you that the school system learned of two positive COVID-19 cases today, 2/5/21, on the campus of Trinity High School.  Please know that the school system worked closely on these cases with Randolph County Public Health.  Any person who has been exposed has already been notified of this exposure, or will be contacted by the leaders of Randolph County Public Health through their contact tracing process.  In addition, due to the reduced number of staff members available to operate the school with face-to-face instruction as a result of these cases, the school system has decided to place Trinity High School on remote instruction starting on 2/8/21 through the end of the day on 2/18/21.  As a result, face-to-face instruction will resume for Group A students on 2/22/21 and Group B students on 2/19/21.  If you have any health concerns regarding this matter, I encourage you to contact your healthcare provider or Randolph County Public Health.

Please know that our school system has followed all of the directives of Randolph County Public Health to ensure the safety of all students and staff members on the school's campus.

Your continued efforts to help our school monitor your child’s health conditions in relation to COVID-19 are greatly appreciated.  I greatly appreciate your continued support of our school. Thank you and have a good weekend.

Hello.  This is Trinity High School calling with several announcements for the week.

Remote students, you can come to the school and pick up your report cards at the Attendance window on Wednesday, February 3rd from 8:00AM-4:00PM.

Seniors who are fully remote will need to complete the diploma name verification at the Attendance window on Wednesday, February 3rd from 8:00AM-4:00PM, when you come to pick up your report card.  This verification ensures that the senior’s name will be displayed correctly on the front cover of his/her diploma

Hello.  This is Trinity High School calling with some announcements for next week.  The first announcement is for our student athletes and parents of student athletes.  Coming soon, our school will be live streaming all athletic events that take place in our gym and football stadium.  We will be using a resource called Pixellot.  We will be sharing more information about this resource, coming soon.

If you would like more information regarding safety protocols or if you do not feel comfortable with your student testing in the building, please refer to the testing letter posted on our school’s webpage.

As a reminder to all of our juniors and seniors who are taking RCC courses for second semester- Your RCC courses start this coming Monday, January 11th.  If you have not completed your CCP Orientation, you must complete that by Monday, or you will be dropped from the course.  An email has been sent to you on how to access this RCC orientation.  If you have any questions, please email Montgomery Hall or Mrs. Sheets or Mr. Lanier.
